No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Once you have been given access to the course, your purchase is final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans — Yearly Access, Lifetime Access, and FNF Lifetime — regardless of how much of the content you've used.

We take this position because our courses are digital products: once access is granted, the content has effectively been delivered and can be viewed in full immediately.

Before Access Is Granted

If you've paid but have not yet received access, and you believe there's been a duplicate charge, a payment error, or another billing issue, contact us right away — we'll review it before access is provisioned.
