By purchasing a plan or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.
1. Plans & Access
We offer the following plans:
- Yearly Access — full course access for 12 months
- Lifetime Access — one-time payment, access forever
- FNF Lifetime — lifetime access for you and one other person only
Access is granted manually after your payment has been verified. Accounts and access credentials are personal to the buyer (and, for the FNF plan, the one named additional person) and must not be shared, resold, or transferred to anyone else.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not store your card details. By completing checkout, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you're authorized to use them.
3. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In short: once course access has been granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
4. Content Ownership
All course content made available through Art Ikle Courses is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.
5. Changes to the Service
We may update, add, or remove course content and categories over time. We may also update these terms; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the courses or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
